physically organize members in groups

Hey there.
My page lists people´s profiles – grouped by city.
They have to choose a city before registering.
Every city is one group.I would like the members´profile to be created as a child of the chosen group.
To give an example:Now:
group: http://domain.com/groups/amsterdam/
profile: http://domain.com/members/member-name/What I would like:
profile: http://domain.com/groups/amsterdam/member-name/Any genius input on this riddle?
(ps. I understand HTML and very little php – but I can find and fix everything – if explained for dummies)Many thanks in advance
