Pixelating Profile Pic – in some instances

A members profile pic looks fine in their profile view but is unrecognisable and pixelated in the Activity view. Help please. I’m not a developer so would appreciate baby instructuions on how to fix. Many thanks.

Hi there, I’ve been poking about my website and I have no idea how I make the changes suggested. Would you be able to tell me where I find this code to make the changes? I’m not a developer. I do find it odd that two other users profile pics are working find but the other isn’t.
