Hello, who could advise me which plugins is the best to:

1. in registration user must select a group which he belong, he should belong to only one group

2. if such group not exist, then user can create one and that new group appears on registration field in groups list

4. Group post may only be visible to themselves, other groups can not see

4. when user logins, he will be dropped to his group

5. changing plugins or themes appearance, it should change in all groups

this project will be used for apartment house residents to know each other, keep the home affairs, plan meetings
