Hi,, I;m brand new to wp and bp. The first things I do is install the lastest and greatest and install group wiki and group chat, which don’t work. So, I decide to fix them and hope to return working versions to the community. As soon as I start, I find I’m in deep and drowning. I’ve looked at doc for days, most is out of date. I have four basic questions about bp.

1) How are bp plugin HTTP POST requests routed to the plugin’s handler ? I’m not understanding how to define a handler, actions and filters on request dispatching.

2) How is the url for the plugin constructed ? I seem there are at least 2 “root” methods. Which is correct to send requests to the plugin ? Is the the post handler appended to the url as an action ?

3) Sending a POST to a plugin results in the web page returned in the result. Is that automatic ? How are responses generated ?

4) I cannot seem to see any trace/debug/warnings anywhere, how Do I debug ? BTW>I’m on Win2008/IIS7. Not even php logs and I have all the php & wp debug and logging turned on.
