Plugin Activation Failure as soon as activated in WordPress 3.0.1

I have WordPress 3.0.1 installed on a WebFusion VPS 2.0 Server on the domain http://www.cgstudent.co.uk. However every time I attempt to activate the Buddypress plugin I get the following error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /**/***/**/***/httpdocs/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php on line 352
How do I resolve this problem? I don’t get this problem when trying to activate Buddypress on another WordPress site of mine (http://www.z01.co.uk) which is housed on the same server. Does anyone have any ideas? Now I can no longer access the Site Admin error without this error coming up.
