There are two media plugins that I know or used which could do it
– The beta version of BP Media, a free plugin https://buddypress.org/community/groups/bp-album/home/ see server requirements
– Stable version of BP Gallery, a premium plugin http://buddydev.com/plugins/bp-gallery/
