Plugin to log user visits and where they visit in the site?

I’m looking for a plugin that logs user visits (time in, time they leave) and if possible where they visit or what they do in the Buddypress site (such as which groups they view etc.). Typical website analytics just tell you how many times a page is view… but not who views it.
I’d like to hear what plugins you’ve found effective to learn more about your users’ visiting behaviors. Thank you.
