point system with MYCRED or other in buddypress

    Hello

    I am beginner in wordpress / buddypress and i create a website with buddypress.
    i am using system MYCRED to give some point but some function needed :
    – Give point to groups
    – Give point to user when a specific word is writing on the subject of a new topic in the forum.
    – give possibility to merdge 2 groups

    I need someone to help me or other regarding this subject.
