Private Groups Question

I apologize beforehand if the following is something that I can just RTFM to solve, but here goes…
I want the ability to set up private groups, where only the group administrator, once they are logged in, can view the list of group members. This would mean that only an individual member and their group administrator:
a. knows that they are a part of said group.
b. can comment directly with that administrator.
c. can only read the page or content generated by themselves or their administrator.How would this be possible in the system?
