problem with confirmation code

hi
I’ve set-up buddypress on my website
it doesn’t send any confirmation code only sn email with that link
“Thanks for registering!

To complete the activation of your account, go to the following link:

http://email.mail1.hol.es/c/eJwtjssKwjAURL-mWYbcvLPIoogFd2r9gTS92mCkUlOVfr1ZCLOYA3NgRh-s0g5J8pyBZo4pBuDAUABphKbagNaU8U4qY0Uj2SOkDHSaM8UXmbwIXEVuEdGNaIcrglCDVlbEKAWTI8l-KuXZiLbhXc2GOWzr368cYknvULDWdn87p91wPJpOrl_eS3OQ9_4ytOvk1kWc6oQsPr2WjMbUJ5-Qc6BxpimT4n_Nkjq6”

when the user click on this link he gets an error_404 page
how can I solve this problem and get the confirmation code

Hi @israelle

It appears something is modifying the email that’s being sent. Clearly, that link is wrong and doesn’t even point to your webiste.

What web host are you using? And, please give a list of all the plugins you have active on your site.

i’m using host – http://www.hostinger.co.il its a free host for php and wordpress websites
those are the plugins in my site

You get what you pay for.

I’m not sure if it’s server configuration or something with Mailgun that is messing with the email *content*.

In Settings > Mailgun, inside wp-admin, what’s the value of “use HTTP API”? Yes or no?

can you tell me exact what link should appear in the users email
so in that link they should be activate their account?
