Problem with creating new user.

Hello everyone.
I had recently deployed a website with buddypress. The website has been running smoothly, but it has run into a problem. It was registering new users perfectly yesterday, but today, once you try to register, it takes in your username and all, but when you click the “signup” button, it takes you to a page with nothing but ” are you sure you want to do this? ” written on it.
There is no button, and the new user isn’t registeredI’m unsure what is happening here.
Please help.
