Problems w/ creating a Register page

First, I would like to say that I am new to using the Buddypress plugin. I downloaded version 2.4.0 and I am using WordPress 4.3.1. On my blog I wanted to add a register page, but when I created a dummy page titled Register and linked it to Register below Registration in Buddypress settings it does not work. I made sure that anyone can register to my blog under the settings tab is enabled. Can anyone tell me if you know of a solution to this annoying problem?

The registration page only shows for logged-out users. If you are testing the registration page, make sure you are logged out.

Thank you. I wish it had been that easy. Unfortunately, I am logged out. When I hit the register tab in the top menu on our website, the signup does not show up. All that displays is a heading, which reads Register and nothing else. I’ve had other people try this as well and the same thing happens.

It looks like you’re using W3 Total Cache.

Make sure to whitelist the ‘register’ and ‘activate’ pages. Then, clear your cache in W3TC.
