Problems with encoding

Hi,

I have some problems with encoding. You can check it here: http://freelanceforum-bg.com/social/. I tried to translate some of the stuff there form english to bulgarian(in cyrillic). I’m translating the text directly in the php files of the current home theme. The encoding in the AdminCP is set to UTF-8. But, as it seems, there’s something wrong. Please help me to solve this issue. Thank you in advance!

Shakera-

If I understand your issue, you are having problems localizing BuddyPress into Cyrillic.

Please check this BuddyPress codex page first as there is a translation of BP for Bulgarian.

If you are making your own translation, then you should read the Translating WordPress codex page.
