Problems with opening user profiles, URL related.
-
Hey everyone,
So I’ve just installed WordPress on my Synology DS215j, made a quick website My website and istalled Buddypress. So far so good 🙂
Now I have this problem of Buddypress redirecting me to a URL that doesn’t exist. It might be an installation problem, but I honestly don’t know.
For example when I click on my ‘profile’ or ‘edit’.
Buddypress redirects me to a URL that doesn’t exist in the map structure. The text in dutch means ‘Sorry, cannot find the page that you’re looking for’.
Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this? If you need additional information please let me know. I really want to get Buddypress going 😛 Thanks!!!
Bellow some information that might help out:
– I do not use any other plug-ins besides Buddypress.
– I use an unchanged ‘Twenty Fifteen’ theme.
– I have created and assigned ‘Member’, ‘Activity Streams’, ‘User Groups’, ‘Register’ and ‘Activate’ pages.
– The option ‘Anyone can register’ is enabled.
– As a test I’ve created a new user after I’ve installed Buddypress, with the same issues as my main account.
