Profile and Blogs visibility

    My request is to make configurable the visibility of buddypress profiles for logged in users only.

    I think this would be better for a community that shares their interests internally but whose personal info may not be suitable to be visible for unregistered, not logged-in users.

    That would be a grat addition.

    Unregistered and users that are not logged in would see the main site and the personal individual blogs, but not any of the personal profiles, to do so, they should log in or register.

    Andy has intentions of making the privacy components at some point. Right now, there is no privacy without plugins. I have a little plugin created already that makes it so member pages cannot be seen without being logged in, but it only covers member profiles and not groups yet. If you are interested, it is over at http://buddypressdev.org as well as in the ‘Plugins and Extending’ forum here at these forums.
