Profile & Cover Image NOT WORKING

Hello

I’m having a technical issue regarding changing ‘profile and group cover images’ on my school multisite.

All my installations are running on latest versions..

When I switch to the default theme, all is well. but when I switch back to the school theme, trouble returns. This leaves me thinking the school theme has a fault. I’ve tried communicating with the theme author, but no pleasant results.

Therefore, I need help with some sought of ajax, php or anything code to fix this problem and let my friends customize their own profile and group cover images.

Unfortunately we tend only to support the default themes here. All I can suggest is to check if you have got a template overload in wp-content/themes/mychildtheme/buddypress or /community if you’ve got any files in there I’d try removing them to see if they had any influence.

“not working” is not an issue, but an observation. Please describe what happen so we’re able to reproduce the issue!

As the Enlighten theme support needs to be logged in, and i don’t want do that, provide the question and answer(s) you already received from support.

Apparently, once this theme is activated, no file can be uploaded.
