[resolved] Profile Image Error

So sorry to bother you all with this issue, I cant seem to figure out.

Profile images are not showing up when one visits a users page, however the show up in widgets and in forum posts.

Inspecting the element gives a 400(bad request), this is due to the way the resizing is foramtted:
‘resize=-30%2C-30’ when inserting into the image location. This can be seen by following this link

Without the resize argument the image does in fact display correctly, Its annoying but I don’t know how to address this issue.

Any advice or instructions would be greatly appreciated, and thank you for your time.

Found it, Jetpack and specifically the photon module within jetpack was causing a dynamic resize of the generated thumbnails that failed.
