Profile image in menu bar

    I wish to insert a 75 x 75 gravatar /profile image of the person logged in , in the menuebar

    I was thinking to use ubermenu then add a text widget with a link to the gravatar / profile image.

    So what I need is what code i would put in to insert a profile
