Profile is not working

    I clicked on the Extended Profiles to Customize my community with fully editable profile fields that allow my users to describe themselves, but it is not working. The profile menu link does not work when you click on it. How can I fix this error.

    So you enabled the Extended Profiles component in wp-admin > Settings > BuddyPress.
    And now, on the front end, the Profile menu item does not work ?

    Have you checked your error logs?

    Have you tried switching momentarily to a WP theme like 2015 to see if the issue is in your preferred theme?
