Profile list is not working

Hello

We are new to BP and have an issue with “profile” link from BP dashboard.
When clicking “profile”, it only goes 404 error.

Could anyone help me with this issue?

@idcglobal try to save permalinks again from any other values from the default
sometimes few hosts include index.php in default values which lead to 404

Thank you. Yes, we have done that several times, but it does hot change…
