Profile Pages Getting 500 Error

Membership area, the following result in 500 errors

– Profile Settings
– Notifications
– Events

.. Trying to have members create groups, etc. And everyone gets 500 internal server error. I’m currently using PaidMembership Pro with BuddyPress — PMPro is Working fine. WordPress is working fine.

Wordpress support said it appears the issue is coming from BP, and recommended I reach out.

Thoughts? Help?

Do you still get the errors with all other plugins deactivated and running the 2017 theme?

I can’t deactivate all other plugins because our site is live and members are constantly using it, deactivation plugins will cause other visual and user issues.

@chrisatnantucket check inside your server error_log file for any BP specific errors.

I’m using wordpress.com .. not .org .. is there an easier way to access the log without adjusting the code? Plugins aren’t working.

Sorry we only supprt .org installs here, you will need to raise this with the .com team.

I don’t think they have a dedicated support team, maybe try the general WordPress forums?

No luck yet.

Yeah it’s the page —
bp-menu bp-settings-nav

and the events
bp-menu bp-events-nav

Everything is updated. Everything else works. They were both working before most recent updates ..
