Profile photo error with Kleo theme

    I am getting an error message when uploading a profile photo in the Kleo theme. I says that your are uploading a file that is smaller than the recommended 580×580 and the preview of the file is huge.
    If you proceed with cropping the image in the preview and click save it does save it.
    What is causing this error? I asked Kleo support and they had a look and said it is related to buddypress.

    HELP!

    @hamiltontroy007 – Is the issue the same when you use chomre vs firefox vs IE ?

    if you switch to the 2014 theme does the same issue occur?

    If not, then it would appear to be something with the Kleo theme, and I don’t think your chances of getting help in the bp forums to debug a premium theme are very high.

I would of expected a much better answer from a premium theme developer that seems to have made more then $200,000 selling a theme that claims to be “the greatest community theme on the market”

    just one more reason I sigh when it comes to bp and themes.
    and my 2 cents on the issue without knowing much about any of this.
