Profile Privacy

When you go to another users profile, there are several different tabs. They are

* Activity
* Profile
* Blogs
* Friends
* Groups

How I be able to set it up so that only a users friends can see all of those, while someone who is not there friend can only see “Friends” and “Profile”?
