Profile saving as admin.

Ok can somebody check their site and tell me if you get the same thing..
So I can determine if a plugin is causing the problem!
as admin i go into a user profile to change it and save; however if i go into the extended profile, change a few things and save, it will not save.
So this is either a plugin or script problem…
