Profile & Settings Profile

    I am using the latest version of both WordPress and BuddyPress (along with bbpress). I have two questions,

    1. What is the difference between the Profile link and Settings Profile link?
    2. The Profile link (upper left) works fine but the Settings:Profile link goes to a blank page.
