Quadruple posting error

    Hi,

    When i add an update it posts it 4 times, as seen the attached, also double posting the group icon
    Quad posting

    using Voxel theme by RocketTheme.
    Buddypress 1.7.2
    Wordpress 3.5.1
    hosted internally so i cant provide a direct link.
    Disabled all plugins but no luck.

    any suggestions on tracking down the cause?

    @danalive is this a new installation or upgraded from previous BP version? Change to Twenty Twelve theme and check if issue is resolved.
