Quiz Plugins & Achievements (cont'd)

This post continues this (closed) thread. I’m looking for a quiz plugin to report a user’s quiz score to Achievements. I’ve read how to add support for a plugin, but am still not getting it.
- I was going to use the lovely WP-Pro-Quiz v0.4, but that doesn’t have any hooks in it. Am I correct that that’s a problem for my project?
- So I’m looking at SS Quiz, which does (clues in the brief FAQ). Any pointers on how to proceed?
What changes or additions in the plugins’ code do I need to make?
