Recently Active Members Widget Blank to Logged Out Visitors?

I just noticed that my recently active members widget is coming up blank when I’m logged out. When logged in, it seems to be displaying as it should. I’ve widgetized an area of my index page and stuck it there, rather than in the sidebar (toward the bottom, under the “Active” heading):
Using the latest version of WP and BP.
Any ideas?
