Red Light – Green Light!

  • You might have noticed the additional “color” beside topics in the forum. Andy put the “support plugin” for bbPress on these forums, so now we can help keep track of ongoing versus resolved issues. So the simple, yet effective guide is:

    Green – Topic is resolved

Red – Topic is not resolved

Clear – Topic is not a support question

It would be appreciated if you could use this functionality to help the rest of use help you! :)

First thing I thought was ‘ooooh, pretty lights!’. ‘Course I just came back from a visit with 4 & 6 yr old kids. That’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it. Very useful. Now what was Red again?

Speaking of pretty lights. You, the creator of the topic is in contol of the topic status. If you solve your problem, turn off the red light please. If sombody decides that the problem is solved and you don’t agree quite yet. Turn it back on to get some notice again.

I don’t see anyway to change the light. Maybe us mere members don’t have the right privileges?

I’ve changed the settings – if you posted the topic you can change the status at any time.
