Looking to accomplish the following:

1.) Newly Activated users redirected to a custom page, only the first time they login (essentially a how-to) for my site showcasing the various features). Need to make sure there is a link to their profile. I thought there was a plugin for this, but I can’t find it.

2.) I want to redirect logins to their own Wall tab. The default I have set up is the Profile, so that when someone else clicks on them, they are taken to the Expanded Profile, but I want people to be taken to their own Walls when they login.

Anyone know how to accomplish this?
