Redirected to "Archive" page upon attempting to create group

I am using WordPress 3.7.1. and my version of Buddypress is Version 1.8.1. My site is http://www.thebrazilianlanguage.com. What is happening is: I click on the “Groups” tab from within the WordPress admin panel and it takes me to http://thebrazilianlanguage.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=bp-groups. On the groups page, there is the link “Add New”, but, when I click on the link, it takes me to http://thebrazilianlanguage.com/user-groups/create/step/group-details/. On this page, there is nothing but the title “Archive”. I noticed that the “Add New” link is suppose to be linked to http://thebrazilianlanguage.com/user-groups/create/ (if you were to hover the mouse over the link), however, I have attempted to directly access this page and get a 404 error message.
Other note worthy observations:
Any of the links I click on in the Dashboard, i.e. Activity, Friends, Groups, Messages, Settings, Profile, appears to take me to this same page – “Archive”.
