Redirection to profiel page

Hello i have set up my site with Buddypress but is it posible to reject to users profile page by loging in as example to https://3dir.darksoft3d.eu/members/demo/profile/ but for every user the own profile how to do this if this is possible can someone help me out with this ? 🙂
