Register doesn’t work

Hi!
I have problems with reigster in 2 websites:1st: http://www.dovadoapp.com/registrazione/ when you register this form does not send any email.
i have also other probems when you go to “members” section. It shows some problems maybe with PHP “_membersloop” text ecc.
2nd: http://dovadobusinesstest.altervista.org/registrazione doesn’t exist. I crrated the page but when i click this page it redict on homepage.
