Registration not working with bp 1.9.1 and wp 3.8.1

    Hi, I’ve noticed that the registration did not work. After pressing the submit button it does nothing but left the password fields empty. No error messages, no feedbacks.

    I had it working with WP 3.7.1 and bp 1.8.1.
    I hope this can help.
