Registration problems with mingle theme, and buddypress

Hi, Im needing some help getting my buddypress registration componenemt to complete.

The site is http://www.northoxfordpt.com/newsite
Feel free to try and register, and the “complete signup” button takes my users to a page that has no content.
The activation email is sent either.

I’ve checked other plugins, and nothing seeems to be conflicting.
The coding for the registration is standard, with the buddypress/theme install.

Any ideas or help would be very appreaciated.
