Remove activation

Hi I have installed BuddyPress+Courseware. I want remove the activation by email ’cause many of users leave the web when must activate theirs accounts via email.
I want that users activate theirs users by some captcha or some other method without leave de page registration.
I also like to know if exist some plugin for facebook registration compatible with buddypress, thanks!!!
