    Hi,

how can I remove the blog link in the options nav? In FF, display none works fine, but in IE I get shown an empty space, whre the blog link was before. This empty space has the same dimensions like the link before, only the word blog is missing. Is there any way, to fix that?

    Lars

What version bp? I think I\’ll just put that on a hotkey combo. :)

Uninstall the blog component if you are talking about the various vertical menu options in the member theme.

Remove the line in the member theme /buddypress-member/header.php that looks like this:

    <li<?php if ( bp_is_page( BP_HOME_BLOG_SLUG ) ) [snip]

That\’s line 41 r1360 if you are talking about the header nav items.

    Hi,

no, I meant the Blog link in the sub nav that is generated in the optionsbar.php.

That link disappears when you don’t have the blogs component activated. Deactivate in the wp back end BuddyPress > Component Setup

    hmmmmmmmmmm…

I do not find any option, to do that:

Only these informations are getting listed:

    Activity Streams

    Blog Tracking

    bbPress Forums

    Friends

    Groups

    Private Messaging

    Comment Wire

    Extended profiles

    What shall I do now?
