Remove or hide ‘All Members’ option

I want to be able to remove or hide the ‘All Members’ radio button option in the ‘This field can be seen by’ when a member edits their profile.
Any idea how this can be done? I’ve tried with CSS but can’t pin down the class option. Maybe edit the bp template but I’m not hot on php.
