Remove the displayeduser subnav section of the screen

    Hi,

    When viewing a page I can see my navigation item on the left hand side and then if viewing another user i can see the navigation items related to this displayeduser.

    I have created a new page in which i only need the most left (loggedin_user) navigation pane.

    So far I was able to remove the content from the other options bar but couldnt figure out how to totally remove it so I can use the realestate for my page.
