Removing Visibility Settings from User Profile

I’m trying to build a site like an intranet – something that will only be visible to registered members. I know for certain that a few members would get really concerned to even see the option of setting visibility to public – it suggests that not everything posted on the site is secure…
So my question is, how can I hide the visibility setting altogether?
