[resolved] Buddypress installation error – URGENT help needed pls!

Hello, each time I finish installing buddypress, I get the following error message and wouldn’t be able to access my wp-admin

“Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.professionpals.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=bp-general-settings. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this webpage later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

Pls I need urgent fix with this.

Did you check your error logs? Where are you hosted? Finally, https://codex.buddypress.org/troubleshooting/blank-pages/#memory-limit

Fixed! I contacted my host and it has been resolved. I can now access my wp-admin. Thanks for your help, Mercime.
