[Resolved] changes to member-header.php not showing on my website

  • Hello, I’m trying to change the member-header on my installation of buddypress to show the users “karma”.

I have copied the member-header.php from the /wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-themes/bp-default/members/single

    to the child theme folder

    /wp-content/themes/zeebusiness

This makes the member-header.php show up in the theme editor option on the admin panel.

However, any changes that I make to the file are not showing up when I visit my profile or any member profiles. I have even tried uploading the adjusted php file back to the theme folders (bp-default)

I have also installed the plugin BP Template pack – however I can’t seem to see anything hidden away in there that might be overwriting things.

PLEASE HELP I’m pulling my hair out here because the changes *should* be taking effect, I’m saving the editted file in the wp-admin backend as well as even trying to upload the content via ftp and overwrite any instances of member-header.php
