[Resolved] How to delete Log in tab

I have BP and the default theme.and WP 3.1
On the top bar it has three tabs, the name of the site, log in and sign up.
The sign up tab brings you to the sign up page. The log in tab brings you to the wordpress login. I do not want it to go there. I want to either get rid of the log in tab there and let the members log in in the widget area. or for it to send you to a log in page.

How can I do this,

Removing Login link – Open up active theme’s functions.php file and add
`remove_action( ‘bp_adminbar_menus’, ‘bp_adminbar_login_menu’, 2 );`
