[Resolved] How to intoduce a favicon under buddypress

I tried the exemple provided by WordPress and nothing changes on the internet browsers.
I have a child theme with nearly nothing in the style.css except h1 to h6 descriptions. And nothing in the functions.php.

Simple way: create a favicon.ico file and upload to the root of your WP installation. Then copy over header.php from bp-default theme add the following under “:
“
Save revised header.php and upload to server into your child theme’s folder

EDIT – the `"` in the link should be `”`
