[Resolved] Please Help! I activated Buddypress Auto Group Join Plugin and it does not appear in the

    This is what Scott says I have to do when I activate it:

    “Select the groups you wish to have auto joined under the BuddyPress -> Auto Join Groups in your Admin Dashboard.”

    The thing is that it doesn´t appear in my Buddypress drop down!!

    I use WordPress 3.1 – Buddypress 1.2.8 and it is multisite enabled…

    Can someone help me please??

    Hi Donald,

    It sounds like the plugin hasn’t been updated for WP 3.1, which introduced the new Network Admin (where the BuddyPress dropdown is now found).

    Follow the instructions in this post https://buddypress.org/community/groups/buddypress-group-email-subscription/forum/topic/change-admin_menu-to-network_admin_menu-for-wp-3-1-and-bp-1-2-8/ except do it on the file buddypress-auto-group-join/php/bp-auto-group-join-init.php. That should do the trick.

    Thanks Boone, I didn’t even realize there was an issue with the plugin. I did update it to correct for this problem.

    I just installed and activated the latest auto group join for my site healclick.com, and it’s still not showing up in my plugins menu or my buddypress dashboard. I tried the suggestion by Boone and manually entered the suggestions by Onyx into the php files. No go. Any suggestions?
