[resolved] Removing admin bar when not logged in

This is a funny one, I’ve noticed that when I’m not logged in I get the wp-admin bar at the top of the page when browsing the site. Now, this shouldn’t be here, and isn’t on all other WP installs. I am assuming that BP sets this up because it has login and register in the admin bar, however I have these links else where.

I would only like the wp-admin bar to show in the backend (where it MUST be shown) and when a user is logged in (site-wide).

    Thanks

  • Go to Dashboard/Settings/BuddyPress/Settings at the top un-check Show the Toolbar for logged out users.

Ah, That’s brilliant. I totally forgot about those settings.

    Thank you Shawn.
