BuddyPress.org

I’ve read other solutions to this and I’ve tried them out but still no luck. I’m using the Twenty Eleven theme so I thought it should already be BuddyPress compatible, but the stupid sidebars are all over the place! I tried to get “login” in the menu instead of the sidebar but I gave up on that and just decided to go with the sidebars. I have some limited coding abilities, but can anyone help me out with this! I’m sure it’s easy… also the homepage is displaying NO sidebar at all. Just the footer.
