BuddyPress.org

HI,

I have an active buddypress site and started noticing these usernames of “dw123ycv” popping up in the username or name field. If you do a search on the web there seems to be a tonne of sites with this same username. See here:

I’m assuming its a generic bug issue across WordPress, Buddypress or some common third party plugin. If you go to my site you’ll and go to the register link you’ll see it appear

http://www.themomentofpeace.com/register/

I did a complete content search of my site and couldn’t find this in my code although found 29 references to it in my database, most of them existing user accounts. Has anyone seen this before and have a fix for it?
