{RESOLVED} UGGG!!!! Can’t install bp-corporate update!!!

“The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

This is the error message I’m getting when trying to update my theme…….

I tried to “Google” this…..no luck, nothing comes up. Anyone ever here of this?

You should contact theme devs about why the theme fails to upgrade in your server. Perhaps you can get a zipped file instead and do a manual upload of the files to theme folder in server.

Ok, so I did what you said only it turns out that the issue was already known and the suggestion was to download the new version to my computer and upload to server from there……..so I did……..it worked!!!!! Some things changed, but site is intact!!! Sooooooo happy!
