Hello, is there a way I can fetch the all the updates from all the groups joined by the user by using rest api? I found out how to get all the groups joined but I’m unable to figure out how to get all the updates from those.

Not via the REST API.

You can use the activity endpoint: https://developer.buddypress.org/bp-rest-api/reference/activity/#list-activities

To get activities from a single group only.
